Access to our parking deck is available 24/7, and is located on 9th Street just past the Loading Dock. The Preferred Parking office is located on the 1st level in the parking garage at the bottom of the entrance ramp. You may visit their office or call 704-334-8590 between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
